## Defi Sniperz Founders NFT

## What is it?

The Founders collection is a 200 piece limited edition NFT series that pays a monthly dividend.&#x20;

## How are these payouts generated?

The monthly payouts are generated from the use of an investment pool that is created from the capital raised from the minting of the collection. At the end of each 30 day cycle there will be a manual injection into the dividend pool to then be evenly dispersed among the NFT holders.&#x20;

## How much will a holder receive?

Each NFT holder will receive .5% of the dividend pool.&#x20;

There is no guaranteed daily percentage on the monthly dividend. The reason for this is to ensure that the project remains sustainable. Some months payouts maybe lower than others and other months the payouts may be greater. This is all apart of the strategy to ensure that the investment pool is maintaining net positive growth.

## How is this sustainable?

By not guaranteeing a set monthly dividend we will be able to manage positive net growth over time ensuring that the power of compounding profits will then be passed down to the holders.&#x20;

## How much can I claim from my NFT?

The monthly dividend pool will pay .5% to each holder.

Upon claiming 300% from the public mint price of $400 USDC holders will have the option to renew their NFT for the original mint price to allow further claiming from the dividend pool. If users do not renew their NFT they will then be reduced to a monthly dividend of .05% from the dividend pool.
